TECHNOLOGY


A single team cannot do it all, it can either (a) create a Bot + AI platform and enable partners or (b) build industry focused Bots on an existing Bot + AI platforms. We chose to be the later. Leveraging our 18 years in Insurance solutions, Zott aims to become a specialist Insurance Bot!

After exetnsive product trials, Zott Bots are built on the below tech stack -

  • XLApp: This engine from GoDB Tech converts an Excel file to JavaScript app that is hosted on Nodejs as the Bot App
  • Bot Framework: This is a Framework from Microsoft to list, discover and monitor Bots. It also provides connections to various Enterprise Channels (like Slack, Skype..) as well as Social Channels (like FB Messenger..)
  • LUIS (NLP): This is part of the Cognitive Services from Microsoft, that focuses on Natural Language Understanding
  • Azure: This is the ubiquitious cloud service from Microsoft for building, testing, deploying, and managing applications. All the above apps would be running in the Azure Cloud
